You can return your online order of Slippers Essentials within 30 days of receiving them.

Please keep hygiene in mind by trying the slippers on over socks or clean foot coverings. In order to be accepted for a return, your slippers must be new, unworn, and in their original packaging (including any cloth bag, if provided).

It is imperative that the slippers show no signs of wear, including dirt, hair, or odor. We cannot accept returns for slippers that have been worn outdoors, tried on without socks/foot coverings, or show signs of damage, dirt, or odor.
